The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and can achieve up to 0.075% FS for the highest precision. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows Err and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
