The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements ensure it can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000D's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error code ('Err'), analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
This ensures that maintenance is not only more efficient but alsomore convenient.
