The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter utilizes a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted to a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring an unparalleled level of accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measuring unit data and critical functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers basic accuracy at 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction occurs, the LCD display shows an error, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement simpler and moreconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated using HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
