Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it boasts an exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting any anomalies, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing crucial control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing and analyzing the malfunctioning unit. This feature significantly simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
