The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that continuously monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined threshold events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, pinpointing the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.effortlessly.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system continuously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
