The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. employs an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a state-of-the-art modular design. This innovative design allows the sensor to generate a signal that, after amplification, is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. In the versions featuring PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, the transmitter delivers a pure digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal output. Both the measurement unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, or FF protocols for enhanced versatility.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err) and analyzes and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
