Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending a control signal to the system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, instantly diagnosing and identifying the faulty component. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.
