Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In fault alert mode, the transmitter outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems upon detecting predefined events. During faults, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
