The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak performance. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 excels in withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the transmitter's superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty component for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement, thereby enhancing operational convenience.
