The ZY8000 sets the benchmark for intelligent pressure transmitters with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS for the highest precision. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar 99.9% accuracy, drastically reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Introducing the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering. This state-of-the-art device utilizes an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is then processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. This signal is further fine-tuned through linear and temperature correction within the sophisticated microprocessor.
For the HART protocol transmitter, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data, including measuring unit information and functional parameters, are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, providing access to real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured remotely via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

If an issue is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
