The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This sophisticated device takes the signal produced by the sensor, amplifies it, and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver a direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined event quantifiers, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
