Introducing the ZY8000: our state-of-the-art intelligent transmitter boasts a base accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, its accuracy remains at a stellar 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical pressures effortlessly. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-status monitoring. Upon exceeding predefined event thresholds, the transmitter transitions into fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD instantly displays an Err message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the malfunctioning unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly.

The combination of various remote device materials and specialized oil filling devices maximizes transmitter accuracy, meeting comprehensive cleanliness requirements. Boasting exceptional product stability, it achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures functionality under all weather conditions and compatibility with the HART protocol.
