The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter features a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest reaching 0.075% FS). Impressively, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000D.
The ZY8000D comes with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
