The ZY8000D basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the transmitter remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an error message (Err), automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
