The ZY8000 series features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it can still maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It is housed in a robust metal casing and contains fully sealed measuring elements, making it capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that allows for real-time monitoring of its status. When it detects a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault condition, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacementof the instrument.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
