The ZY8000 boasts basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it exhibits strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying the maintenance,repair, and replacement process..
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed via warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSORs, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to any electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly onsite without the need for recalibration.
