Discover the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering that boasts a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and an innovative modular design. This sophisticated sensor processes signals by amplifying them and utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into digital form. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is expertly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication by the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The intricate data from the measuring unit and essential functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. This allows for seamless on-site parameter adjustments via three intuitive adjustment buttons. Users can effortlessly access measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes through the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatility and convenience.

The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the possibility of achieving up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifying the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
