The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, this signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the signal is adeptly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF) protocols provide direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in separate EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons. Measurement results, fault information, and operational modes are conveniently displayed on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter setup can be executed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (peaking at 0.075% FS). In the event of predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, signaling an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This seamless process enhances convenience.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated in warning or fault protection current. The system performs automatic diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective component can be replaced on-site without requiring readjustment.
