The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the pinnacle of innovation, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This cutting-edge device amplifies signals from the sensor and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC, superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter stores its measuring unit data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unmatched versatility.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
