The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with an innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously processed for linearity and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional precision and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. The essential data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three onboard adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes through the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is supported via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter provides an exceptional 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous use, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
