The ZY8000D is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
