The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then precisely linearized and temperature-compensated within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into a 4-20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters compatible with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten continuous years of operation, translating into significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference properties guarantee high stability and reliability.
Featuring an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its own status in real-time. Should a fault occur, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It conducts automatic diagnostics of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced onsite without the need for readjustment.
