The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is designed with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular architecture. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then finely tuned for linearity and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, this digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with a HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display presents measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display automatically shows an error code, analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be issued as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
