The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach 0.075% FS. It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements capable of handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that real-time monitors its status. Upon encountering a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit for simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
