The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it handles extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ongoing stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. Upon exceeding defined event thresholds, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.This feature ensures easier and more convenient upkeep..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
