The ZY8000 series boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enduring extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined event quantities, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
