Our ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its exceptional performance in anti-electromagnetic interference ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status. In the event of a fault, it triggers an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
