The ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an accuracy of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
This makes the ZY8000 incredibly user-friendly andconvenient to operate.
