The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS at its peak performance. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting any fault, it enters an alert mode and outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display swiftly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, making the upkeep of the instrument both straightforward and convenient.

utilizing oil-filled capillaries. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature scenarios (requiring the transmitter to be located remotely).

the device incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply and sensor signals, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Featuring various materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil-filling device, this transmitter maximizes accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanness requirements. It boasts excellent product stability, achieving the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure allows for all-weather use and compatibility with the HART protocol.
