The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to achieve up to 0.075% FS. Its robust design ensures that, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter features a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D can monitor its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes it convenientfor operators to manage and maintain the instrument.
