The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases state-of-the-art technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. Utilizing a sophisticated signal amplification process coupled with a high-speed dual A/D converter, this transmitter converts sensor signals into precise digital outputs. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature compensation within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, seamlessly integrated with a HART signal via the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data alongside the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored within two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexible and versatile control.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest at 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it has excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, guaranteeing the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. When predefined conditions are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software operational statuses. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
