The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies unparalleled precision, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an outstanding 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with completely sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability, making the ZY8000 an exceptional choice.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it transitions into fault alert mode, outputs a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of any malfunction, the LCD screen promptly displays an Err message and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

Intelligent flange remote transmitter sensing solution
The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices, then conveyed to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressures, making it suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate, crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

this product features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply. These enhancements significantly improve stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and various types of remote devices combined with a special oil filling mechanism maximizes the transmitter's accuracy and cleanness. It offers superior product stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperature reaching up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather use and compatibility with the HART protocol.
