The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of an anomaly, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', pinpointing the faulty unit for simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement.Maintenance becomes more efficient and convenient..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are conveyed via warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be promptly replaced on site without the need for recalibration.
