The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform into a digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Essential data from the measuring unit and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site with three adjustment buttons and can view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on an integrated LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
