The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, adeptly handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
