The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic functions that continuously monitor its operational status in real-time. In the event of a malfunction, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD displays an error message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
