The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functionalities, enabling real-time self-monitoring. It seamlessly transitions to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and furnishing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after surpassing predefined event thresholds. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically pinpointing and identifying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
