Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is predominantly utilized for initiating, closing, balancing pressure, and discharging input signals for differential pressure, pressure, and flow transmitters. Designed for easy installation, maintenance, and online inspection, this valve group is engineered to streamline your instrument's operation and upkeep.
It can be categorized based on functionality into 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve groups, as well as by structure into P type
(Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve.
Integrated Valve Group
The transmitter and valve group are pre-assembled and pressure-tested at the factory, significantly reducing on-site installation procedures and eliminating potential leakage issues caused during installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Incorporates a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body, ensuring operational safety.
· Valve Body Design
Features an integrated structure with high strength and superior reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Employs hard sealing between stainless steel components, ensuring safe and dependable operation.
· Valve Core
The valve core components utilize a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance and extending the service life of the valve group. The handle's ergonomics have also been improved for better usability.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw, reducing friction and enhancing sealing performance.

Controlled by stop valve, discharge valve, and balance valve, the valve group features different sizes and markings for each function, yet maintains consistent structural integrity.
