The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional rate of 0.075% FS at its peak. This device maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stressors. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a predefined number of events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and pinpoints the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
