The ZY8000D intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with an impressive highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measurement elements, it effortlessly endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering a defined fault condition, it switches to fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component, thereby streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
This makes the upkeepconvenient and efficient.
