The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the signal is expertly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a sophisticated D/A converter. In the case of transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is conveniently achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model integrates advanced diagnostic capabilities, continuously monitoring its own status. In the event of a fault, it will enter an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error code (Err), analyze the issue, and pinpoint the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
