The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (maximum 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain an impressive 99.9% accuracy, offering significant maintenance cost savings. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stress. It also provides exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of detecting predefined fault thresholds, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, promptly identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for reconfiguration.
