The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (and up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, dramatically reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully-sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unwavering stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics that continuously monitor its own status. In the event of a fault, it triggers an alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement.This makes upkeep and troubleshooting incrediblyconvenient.
Diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element fails, the faulty part can be effortlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
