The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, meticulously crafted by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., represents pinnacle precision in pressure and differential pressure measurement. Engineered using globally acclaimed design principles and advanced process technologies, this transmitter boasts a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor. Its high-reliability electronic module, coupled with precision temperature and linear correction systems and intelligent manufacturing techniques, ensures exceptional accuracy, stability, and consistency for all your measurement needs.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor technology amplifies signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display allows for real-time viewing of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured remotely through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that continuously monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.effortlessly.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element sustain damage, the faulty component can be replaced directly onsite without requiring recalibration.
