The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology combined with a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system processes the sensor's signal through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the system converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART protocol via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocol, it provides direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference performance, guaranteeing the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Moreover, the diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to electronic units or measuring elements, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
