The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it activates an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
