Additionally, its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure
high stability and reliability. ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics that continuously monitor its status. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs warning currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code, identifying the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement.This makes the maintenance process seamless.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, they can be replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
