The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest being 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. When a fault occurs, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.This makes the process more efficient and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without any need for recalibration.
