The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is then subjected to linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are stored separately in two EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, allowing for real-time reading of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000's basic accuracy is an impressive 0.1% FS (with a peak precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err), analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward andconvenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running statuses. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing readjustments.
