The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts a 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak precision of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. When a fault occurs, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple andconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It offers automatic diagnosis of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element sustains damage, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
